These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zavvy app ("Zavvy", "we", "us", "our"). By using Zavvy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Zavvy is an independent price-comparison tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Coles Group Limited, Woolworths Group Limited, or any of their related brands. All trademarks, product names, and images belonging to these retailers remain the property of their respective owners, and are used only to identify and compare products for the purpose of this app.
Prices, special offers, and product availability shown in Zavvy are gathered from publicly available retailer data and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date at the exact moment you view them — including due to timing of updates, or differences between online and in-store pricing. Prices shown in the app are for reference only. Always confirm the final price at checkout, in-store, or on the retailer's own website before making a purchasing decision. Zavvy is not responsible for any loss arising from a discrepancy between the price shown in the app and the actual price charged by a retailer.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zavvy. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You may use Zavvy without registering an account. If you choose to register, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account and associated data at any time via the Delete Account option in your profile settings — see our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled after deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've misused the app — for example, submitting abusive or repeatedly false price reports, or attempting to interfere with the app's normal operation.
If you submit a price correction, report, or other feedback through the app, you grant us the right to use, store, and act on that information — for example, to verify and update pricing data shown to other users.

Zavvy may, now or in the future, include links to retailer websites that generate a referral commission for us if you make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay. Where such links are used, they will be part of the app's normal functionality for connecting you to a retailer's own site.
Zavvy may link you to third-party websites, such as Coles' or Woolworths' own websites. We don't control these sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Any interaction you have with a third-party site is between you and that site.
The Zavvy app itself — including its design, code, branding, and the logic used to compare and present pricing information — is our property (or our licensors'). You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app without our permission.
Zavvy is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use Zavvy after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the app will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply in full force.
